    Our Commitment

    At Alpine Research Labs, we stand behind the quality of our research-grade peptides. Every product is third-party tested and ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.

    Eligibility for Refund

    You may be eligible for a refund if:

    • Quality issue: The product does not meet the purity specifications stated in the COA.
    • Damaged in transit: The product arrived damaged, compromised, or improperly stored during shipping.
    • Wrong product: You received a different product than what was ordered.
    • Non-delivery: Your order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe and cannot be located by the carrier.

    Refund Timeframes

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
    • Non-delivery claims must be filed within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
    • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

    How to Request a Refund

    1. Contact our team at research@alpineresearchlabs.com with your order number.
    2. Describe the issue and include photos if applicable (damaged packaging, product condition).
    3. For quality disputes, we may request the product be returned for independent analysis.
    4. We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

    Non-Refundable Situations

    • Products that have been opened and used unless a quality issue is verified.
    • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
    • Customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country's import regulations.
    • Change-of-mind returns on products that meet all stated specifications.

    Exchanges

    We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect products. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.

    Institutional Orders

    Bulk and institutional orders placed under NET 30 terms follow the same refund policy. Credit notes are issued against the outstanding invoice for approved returns. See our bulk pricing page for institutional account details.
