Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Cold-Chain Shipping
All peptide products are shipped with appropriate temperature control to maintain compound integrity:
- Insulated packaging: Thermal-lined containers protect against temperature fluctuations during transit.
- Gel ice packs: Included with all orders during warm months (May-September) and year-round for temperature-sensitive compounds.
- Lyophilized stability: Most peptides are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form, which is stable at room temperature for short transit periods.
- Expedited default for sensitive compounds: Certain compounds automatically ship via expedited methods regardless of selected shipping speed.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders are subject to:
- Additional shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country (buyer's responsibility).
- Extended delivery timelines (typically 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing).
- Compliance with the destination country's import regulations for research chemicals.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that importation of research peptides complies with their country's regulations. We include proper documentation (COA, MSDS) with international shipments to facilitate customs clearance.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
Packaging
All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. The exterior does not reference the contents or our company name. Each product is individually sealed and labeled with:
- Product name and catalog number
- Batch/lot number
- Net weight
- Storage instructions
- Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Institutional & Bulk Orders
Institutional orders of 25+ units qualify for priority processing and dedicated shipping support. Bulk orders may ship via freight for cost efficiency. See our bulk pricing page for details or contact us for custom shipping arrangements.
Delivery Issues
